felt ill...

got some virus infection on my right hip...

called as 'kayap' in malay or English: Herpes Zoster...


tis part which quite serious...

all over thigh & hip...

went to consult doc yday...

gt 1 injection on my butt...so painful til now...

abt 5cm long...

now drink lots of water and liang cha to reduce de heats in my body... & to avoid fever !!!!

and i cant have most of my fav foods - seafood esp!!!!

will be in 'Piggie & Green' til it fully recover...omg!!! @_@

wat a dull life....anyone can enlighten?????
